ENQUIRY PRIVACY
Keep the first conversation
focused on the scope.
We use your enquiry details to review your request and respond. Drawing transfer is arranged directly with you.
Information collected
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, selected service and a project summary. You may also provide a company name, starting format, approximate drawing count and target date. It records the time of your acknowledgement and an enquiry reference.
Purpose and access
The information is used to review your scope and respond to your enquiry. Records are stored privately in the WordPress website database and are available to authorised website administrators. Enquiry records are not included in the public portfolio or sitemap.
Email and spam protection
Business notifications containing your submitted contact details, selected service, project summary and any optional project details, together with an enquiry reference and private administration link, are configured for projects@247pid.com. Replies to these notifications are addressed to the email you provide. If acknowledgements are enabled, your email address can receive an acknowledgement. Email delivery depends on the configured mail service. Submission limits use a temporary keyed hash of the network address; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry record by this form. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.
Confidential files
Do not include confidential drawings, plant details, passwords or access credentials in the enquiry. There is no public file-upload field. Storage, access permissions, transfer method and retention arrangements must be agreed with the business before sensitive project files are exchanged.
Corrections and retention
If you need to correct an enquiry or discuss deletion and retention, contact projects@247pid.com or use the enquiry form and include only the reference and a brief request. Specific project handling and retention arrangements are confirmed with the business; this page does not promise a fixed retention period.
Cookies and third-party features
The enquiry form uses a temporary submission token for expiry and duplicate-submission protection. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. This custom theme does not add analytics, advertising trackers or third-party model viewers. Other installed plugins and the hosting environment may provide separate functionality.
