Work first.
Pay when you’re satisfied.
Clear expectations before we begin. Practical review steps. Hourly billing after completed work meets the agreed deliverables.
01
Describe your drawing
Tell us your starting format, drawing count and required result. For the free first P&ID markup, include your Canadian province or territory in the summary.
02
Agree the scope & rate
Confirm the deliverables, review stages, hourly rate and expected effort. Free markup eligibility and its included scope are approved before starting.
03
Share the source files
We agree on a suitable transfer method and your drawing standard. Conversion and reconstruction begin with a representative test drawing.
04
Draft & review
We prepare the agreed work, raise questions and incorporate your feedback. Changes in scope or expected hours are discussed before extra work.
05
Approve the completed work
Review the drawing package against the agreed deliverables. We resolve the agreed review feedback so you’re satisfied with the result.
06
Receive files & pay
Receive the editable files, matching PDFs and agreed change log. Paid work is billed for the agreed hours after completion and satisfaction.
